Our goal

As we spend more time online the limitations of an unregulated internet become increasingly apparent. Sharerep sees peer-rated reputation as a mechanism to help improve our online experience. Our goal is to provide standardized, portable, robust and reliable reputation information to our clients without compromising internet anonymity and privacy.

The team

Anton de Weger – Principal

Anton is an entrepreneur who brings together a rare blend of business acumen, leadership, HR experience and technical expertise. As an Enterprise Resource Planning professional, he has consulted to some of the world’s largest organisations, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. Anton founded and was the Managing Director of a multinational PeopleSoft consultancy practice, which became one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and of which he oversaw the sale and transition to a FTSE listed company in 2006.

Liam Connolly – Social network analysis and finance

Liam was a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Idiro Technologies, a company which specialized in the analysis of social networks for mobile communications. Idiro won many accolades for research and business applications in conjunction with Science Foundation Ireland. Liam has an information technology background including a previous role as Product Manager with PeopleSoft Inc. Liam brings extensive experience in both the academic and business aspects of social network analysis.

Bruce Abel – User experience designer

Bruce is an experienced designer with a strong focus on digital. His many years in design studios and advertising agencies in Australia and the UK makes him the perfect all-rounder in bringing the Sharerep vision to life. He has been heavily involved in ShareRep’s concept, information architecture, user experience (UX), visual and functional design as well as looking after Sharerep’s advertising and marketing.

Toby has generously shared his insights and experience garnered from working as the Director of Global Technology at PeopleSoft Inc. He is also a Founder and the Chief Technology Officer of nexmedia. Toby's extensive knowledge and experience implementing high transaction internet services and globalizing products has been valuable in the development of Sharerep.
