How it works

Reputations are calculated from individual voting feedback gathered from all ShareRep enabled sites. The data is sent from publisher sites to ShareRep servers via a plugin or a simple API. A proprietary algorithm is then used to consolidate, analyze and process the feedback data. The resultant reputation information is then sent back to the publisher to be presented via a standardized gauge that displays overall rating, plus detailed aspects related to common online activities.
