ShareRep is free for individual use. We collate user feedback data gathered from publishers of ShareRep enabled websites to provide publishers with a feed of premium quality reputation information. ShareRep enabled websites then utilize the reputation information to provide features such as reputation display, voting and filtering.

Many websites use ShareRep to enable reputation sharing features. As a consumer, you may have registered an account with a number of websites that are ShareRep enabled.

We don’t install any tracking software on your computer.

ShareRep only gathers data about you when you contribute or interact with other individuals on ShareRep enabled websites. We do not install software or any form of data on your computer.

We don’t have access to personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it to us.

For example, as part of the process of verifying your credentials, we will use the email address you provided in order to deliver the verification message. We will not share this information, and it is never stored on our system. We do not have access to other personal information.

We do have access to a certain amount of non-personally identifying information about you.

When you or other individuals contribute or interact with other individuals on ShareRep enabled websites, we do gather, aggregate and analyze data relevant to your reputation. We do not collect any information about internet usage, subject matter or content other than for the purpose of linking all feedback to a single item together so that our calculations of reputation can be more exact.

We do not use data to offer reporting to websites that use ShareRep.

While we do offer a feed of ShareRep reputation information to publishers, we do not offer any further analysis of your online usage patterns.

We do not use data to offer services to advertisers.

ShareRep receives revenue directly from contracted website publishers and does not rely on income generated from any form of advertising. We will not offer data to Advertisers.

Furthermore we will not:

• Provide anyone with a list of existing users on ShareRep
• Send any emails other than verification emails to individuals, unless you specifically signed up to receive newsletters or notifications
• Allow anyone to see which other sites an individual is a user of
• Link together reputations from different client sites without authorization from the individual
• Collect any data on user contributions or interactions unless it is specifically relevant to the calculation of the reputation.
